Picture perfect website for this photography studio.

This photography studio wanted to capitalise on the changing tides of ecommerce and begin to target a new audience, namely those who sell products on Amazon, Ebay & Shopify. The new website is designed to convert paid traffic and since it’s launch, it has converted 10 out of every 100 visitors.

Challenge

Help an established photography studio launch a new service targeting an audience the business has little experience with. As an important new market, it's crucial that every pound of investment has a positive return.

Solution

Interview a number of 3rd party sellers who represent businesses Perfect Customer, create an Ideal Customer Profile to define the characteristics which we'll use to create highly targeted, conversion optimised content. Run highly targeted PPC campaigns using details from the ICP including demographics, shopping behaviours & personal interests.

Results

A gorgeous website which is designed to convert visitors on their first visit. Using the latest web technologies to showcase the businesses capabilities and persuasive copy to encourage participation, the website has had extremely encouraging results from the first day and the business has received an overwhelming volume of inbound enquiries.

Research

Exploring the new target audience via interviews was eye opening. It provided the precise characteristics of the audience required to ensure the website answered the questions needed to gain trust, establish value and attract visitors to express interest. This was the most important element of the project and guaranteed our messaging was on point and potential customers heard exactly what they needed to.

Design

The new website was designed using the latest technologies - not just because this is our preference for all projects - but to also ensure we could capture visitor attention in new and innovative ways. Considering the PPC campaign cost £0.80 per visit, it was of paramount of importance to make the most out of each and every visitor. Introducing sign-up forms in an intuitive way, enabled us to capture customer information in a simple form and additionally increased the likelihood of visitors leaving details for future contact and e-mail marketing campaigns.

Using a combination of Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Reports the new website is a hive of information regarding how visitors interact with the site, where they come from and how valuable they are to the business.
